Amanda Won holds a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in the Arts and Cultural Management program from Pratt Institute. Prior to her internship at HRNK, Amanda had various internship experiences at the Mayor’s Office for International Relations and the City Council of New York. Amanda is passionate about Korean peninsula issues, especially concerning the human rights of North Korean people. Amanda's professional goal is to broaden her knowledge and skills in research and analysis for report development on human rights and global security for North Korean women and men. She has also worked in both the United States and Republic of Korea, working as a communicator for the documentary film team, Educational Broadcasting System, which filmed 2012 Hanji Project New York.

Internship Application

Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored. A minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week is preferred. Please upload your documents in the .doc format.
